From checkout to you
Everything after the button belongs to our retail partner, so here is what that means in practice.
Who moves the box
We do not run a warehouse and we do not hold stock. When you tap through from a colorway on this site, the order is placed with our retail partner, and they pick it, pack it and hand it to a carrier.
That also means the delivery options, the timings and any charges are theirs, set at checkout against the address you type in. We do not have a second set of rates to publish here, and quoting one would only be guesswork.
Where to look for a date
The confirmation and the tracking both come from the account you checked out with. That page updates while the package moves; this one does not, because nothing here is wired into their system.
What we can still help with
Which size to order, how a colorway reads in daylight, whether a cut runs snug: write to [email protected] and we will answer from the knitting side.
