Anything with an order number on it belongs to our retail partner, and they are faster at it than we would be. Order status, a package that has not turned up, a swap for another size: those go through the account you checked out with.

How long we take
Two working days is the usual turnaround. If you write about a specific colorway, name it the way it appears on the tile and we will know exactly which one you mean.
