If the fit is off, the swap runs through our retail partner. Getting the size right first time is the part we can help with.
How a return works
The order lives in your account with our retail partner, and so does the return. Their window, their label, their timing: it is all on the order page, and it is the only route that will match your purchase to a refund.
We have no way to look up an order from here, and we cannot take a package back at our address. Sending one there would strand it.
Getting the size right first
The range is graded Small to 3X-Large, and the grading opens the hip and the band together. Wearers tell us the cuts run true, so start at your usual size rather than sizing down for a tighter read: the shaping comes from the raised knit, not from a smaller pair.
Between two sizes, the wider band is usually the happier choice, especially in the high-waist leggings. Our fit notes go through this in more detail.
If a colorway looks different in the room
Screens shift shades, and our photographs are lit for the studio. Write to us and we will describe what a color does in daylight before you order a second one.
