If the fit is off, the swap runs through the account you ordered with. Getting the size right first time is the part we can help with.
How a return works
The order lives in the account you bought with, and so does the return. The window, the label and the timing are all on that order page, and it is the only route that will match your purchase to a refund.
We have no way to look up an order from here, and we cannot take a package back at our address. Sending one there would strand it.
Getting the size right first
The range is graded Small to 3X-Large, and the grading opens the hip and the band together. Wearers tell us the cuts run true, so start at your usual size rather than sizing down for a tighter read: the shaping comes from the raised knit, not from a smaller pair.
Between two sizes, the wider band is usually the happier choice, especially in the high-waist leggings. Our fit notes go through this in more detail.
If a colorway looks different in the room
Screens shift shades, and our photographs are lit for the studio. Write to us and we will describe what a color does in daylight before you order a second one.
